INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES For Bachelor’s Degree Examinations
1. The fee for application form is Rs.50/-
2. Separate applications should be submitted for Supplementary and Improvement examinations.
3. The fee for the Examination is Rs.75/- for each theory paper, Rs. 75/- for each Practical and Rs.250/- and Rs.150/- for valuation and mark list respectively.
4. The fee for SC/ST /OEC candidates who are eligible for fee concession is Rs.200/-
5. The mark list of the Final Examination will be issued to the candidates from the college office.
6. Candidates should take their seats in the examination hall at least ten minutes before the commencement of the examination.
7. Candidates presenting themselves more than half an hour after the appointed time will not be admitted to the examination hall.
8. Candidates should bring their hall tickets for inspection by the invigilator on each day of the examination.
9. Candidates are prohibited from writing on their hall tickets or question papers. They are also prohibited from writing their names on any part of the answer books.
10. The candidate will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the expiry of at least half an hour after question paper has been given and the candidate who leaves the room during the period of examination will not be allowed to return.
11. Candidates are prohibited from introducing into the examination hall mobile phones, laptops, any book, manuscript or paper of any description, from communicating with or copying from each other and from communicating with any person outside the examination hall. Any candidate detected in the violation of these rules will be sent out of the hall forthwith and will not be permitted to sit for the remaining papers of the Examination. Violation of these rules may involve cancellation of the examination taken by a candidate and her rustication for a period to be decided by the College.
12. When a candidate has finished writing her answers and wishes to hand over her answer book or at the end of the prescribed examination, she shall handover the answer book to the Invigilator. She should not leave the hall leaving the answer book in her seat.
